Schneck Nutrition Services provides healthy, nutritious meals to our patients, while our Registered Dietitians work in the outpatient setting to help improve health through customized eating plans.

Registered Dietitians

Our registered dietitians hold advanced degrees in nutrition. Our RDs offer dietary counseling for a number of conditions, including diabetes, renal (kidney) disease, cardiac conditions, pediatric and bariatric concerns. Ask your physician for a referral to one of our experts.

Weight Management Program

Schneck offers a comprehensive six-session weight management and lifestyle program covering essentials for healthy eating, physical activity, and behavior modification strategies for success. Learn real-life skills like portion sizes, hunger cues, how to read a nutrition label, and grocery store shopping tips. We offer one-on-one sessions with a registered dietitian. Follow-up appointments are encouraged to provide additional support and help patients meet their management goals. A primary care provider referral is required.
