Healthgrades Awards Schneck with Outstanding Patient Experience Award

Healthgrades has awarded Schneck Medical Center with its 2022 Outstanding Patient Experience Award. This is the third consecutive year Schneck has received the recognition, and one of only nine hospitals in Indiana.

The award is based on patient responses to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys. The winning hospitals, representing the top 15 percent in the nation, received the highest scores from their patients for providing a positive experience during their hospital stay. Schneck was evaluated against over 3,100 hospitals that submit patient surveys to CMS.
